Who We Are

4SIX1 Powersports is a proud family-owned and family-operated company with deep roots in the motocross community led by owner Nick Jones. The name 4SIX1 carries long-standing family significance and represents a legacy built over generations.

Our Legacy

The story begins in 1980, when Nick’s father, George Jones, launched the family’s motocross heritage at a professional level, racing under the iconic plate number 461 winning the National Motocross Championship. George competed across North America, earning championships and building a reputation for determination, passion, and excellence.

As life moved forward, George and his wife Denise welcomed their two children, Elizabeth and Nick, both of whom inherited the same love for motocross. Growing up immersed in the MX world, Nick thrived and eventually rose to the professional ranks himself. When it came time to choose his official pro number, he honored his father by selecting the same plate — 461.

Thanks to George and Denise’s unwavering support — both in racing and in life — Nick was able to pursue a new dream: creating a premier powersports shop founded on family values, passion, and performance. In 2025, that dream became reality with the establishment of 4SIX1 Powersports.
